Dog Friendly Rooms at Nanteos Mansion
We warmly welcome your canine companions to stay in our dedicated dog-friendly rooms, located in the charming Bakery Wing.
This peaceful spot, just a short stroll across a courtyard from the main building, ensures easy access to the stunning countryside—perfect for those relaxing walks with your dog.
We offer three specially designed dog-friendly rooms, including the Hafod, the versatile Edda room, which can be set up as a twin, and the spacious George Powell room, where a sofa bed can be arranged upon request for added comfort. The Elan accessible room is also dog friendly.
Our self-catering accommodation, The Mews House, also welcomes dogs, and your best friends can even accompany you on your wedding day!
Your dogs are not only welcome in your room but also in communal areas of the mansion. They can even join you in the bar or at breakfast and dinner upon request. We want to make your stay, and your dog's, as enjoyable as possible in the heart of nature at Nanteos Mansion.
Dog Friendly Policy
We love to welcome well behaved dogs into Nanteos Mansion. Please notify us during the booking process or in advance directly with the hotel if you are bringing a dog with you.

Dogs are welcome in designated guest rooms with their owners, and may be allowed in food service areas on request. Guests are asked not to leave dogs unattended in rooms at any time without first advising reception, leaving a contact number where they can be easily reached .
Owners must take full responsibility for their pet’s behaviour and will be charged for any damage caused by their pet during their stay. While we accept dogs in the hotel, it is also vital that we take steps to protect any allergy sufferers who may also be staying with us. It is therefore important that any guest notifies us at the time of booking if they suffer from a pet allergy, so that we can allocate a room away from where a dog will be staying.

Please note we do not accommodate any dogs listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act.
